Q: How many people will your wine library accommodate?

A: Our wine library room can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people seated at tables, or 50-60 standing.

Q: Can we rent the entire space?

A: Arrangements can be made to rent out our entire space — please call us at 503.360.1233 to discuss what your needs are.

Q: What does it cost to rent your space?

A: Prices vary depending on date, time, and scope of your event. Please call to discuss the details.

Q: What kind of food can you provide? Can we bring in our own food?

A: We offer an array of appetizer platters and snacks for your party, or if you need something a little more elaborate you may wish to use the services of our in-house catering company — everything from appetizers to full meals are available to fit your budget and needs. Sorry, we can’t have customers bring in their own food, but if you’re working with your preferred caterer, we can accommodate that with a small upcharge.

Q: Do you provide linens, silverware, and dishes or is that an extra cost?

A: For groups of fewer than 45, we can usually provide the dishes, glassware and silverware you require. Larger groups may need to rent extra tableware and glassware. Linens are extra.

Q: Do we have to pay a cover charge for the music when reserving the wine library for aprivate event?

A: In keeping with our commitment to support live, local music, if your party is here during live performance hours, there would be a cover charge, however we do discount it 50% for private groups. Your group is free to come out into the main space to dance and mingle.
